What is the operating period of the infinity pool (outdoor)?2021-08-25T17:35:40+09:00

Swimming is permitted only during the summer months (July through August). However, swimming may not be permitted on days of typhoons or other bad weather, or when the area is deemed unsuitable for swimming (low temperatures, intense heat, etc.).
In addition, the end date of the swimming season for the year will be determined by the weather in September (in recent years, the swimming season has ended between September 5 and September 10).
For your safety and comfort, we have established a swimming period. Thank you for your understanding.
Poolside access itself is allowed all year round. Please feel free to visit.

Unfortunately, we do not have a large public bath. There are hot spring Jacuzzis and dry saunas in the private pool.
Available for private use at 11,000 yen per hour.

Guests may choose their meal time in advance or upon arrival. To reduce congestion, dinner will be served in two parts.
Dinner start time 18:00 or 19:30 (2 parts)
Breakfast start time 8:00 – last 9:30 (any time in 15-minute intervals)
Please note that the schedule is subject to change in case of administrative requests for shorter hours. Please understand this in advance.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a la carte.
The meal is a Japanese course, and we ask that you make a reservation in advance.

You can bring your own.
3,300 yen (bottles of wine) / 6,600 yen (liqueurs) will be charged for the bottle of wine to be uncorked.

There is no dress code in the restaurant.
However, bathrobes and room clothes provided in the rooms are not permitted.

Yes, we can arrange for a cake and flowers. We can arrange cakes and flowers.

You can also specify the timing of serving and add a message. We will be happy to assist you in planning a surprise, so please feel free to contact us for more information. We will arrange flowers according to your budget (from 5,500 yen) and image.

Reservations can be made from today until the end of the month 5 months in advance.
However, only repeat customers can make reservations up to one year in advance.

Children of elementary school age and younger can stay with us, limited to one pair per day.
Only one room, “Half-open-air bath suite with panoramic view” is available.
Children are charged separately only if an extra bed or meal is requested.
Children of junior high school age and older may stay in any room type.
*Children of junior high school age and older may make reservations as adults.

About children’s dining venue
For guests with preschool children, dinner will be served in a separate (private) room. However, this is not a guaranteed reservation, and depending on the situation on the day, it may be at the same venue as other guests. Breakfast will be served in the regular dining room.
Please select “Private Dining Plan” if you would like to reserve a separate dining room.

Smoking is not permitted in the hotel.
Please use the smoking area (outside) on the balcony of each room or in the common area.

Please use the smoking area in the common space as there is no balcony only for the half-open-air hot spring suite Panorama View.

Room service is available for beverages only. Drinks ordered by room service can be brought directly to the restaurant.

Four of the seven rooms are equipped with hot spring baths.
The other three rooms have normal boiling water.
If you would like a room with a hot spring bath, please select the “Half-open-air hot spring suite” room type.
