Q: It is my birthday (anniversary), can you offer any special guidance?

Yes, we can arrange for a cake and flowers. We can arrange cakes and flowers. Cake Fee SS (9cm / for 1-2 persons): 2,200 yen S (12cm / for 2-4 persons): 2,750 yen M (15 cm / for 4-6 persons): 3,850 yen You can also specify the timing of serving and add a message. We will be happy to assist you in planning a surprise, so please feel free to contact us for more information. We will arrange flowers according to your budget (from 5,500 yen) and image. Please order at least 3 days prior to your stay.

Q: How many days in advance do I need to make a reservation for lodging?

Reservations can be made from today until the end of the month 5 months in advance. However, only repeat customers can make reservations up to one year in advance.

Q: Can I smoke in my room?

Smoking is not permitted in the hotel. Please use the smoking area (outside) on the balcony of each room or in the common area. Please use the smoking area in the common space as there is no balcony only for the half-open-air hot spring suite Panorama View.

Q: Can you give me a room with a view?

Two of the seven rooms have ocean views. For those who prefer a view of the ocean, please choose "THE AONAGI SUITE" or "4-Bed Suite Ocean View" rooms.

Q: Is there a hot spring in the room?

Four of the seven rooms are equipped with hot spring baths. The other three rooms have normal boiling water. If you would like a room with a hot spring bath, please select the "Half-open-air hot spring suite" room type.
