If you settle your bill directly at the hotel (cash/credit card), we will issue an itemized receipt. If you would like a specific name on the receipt, please let us know at check-in.
If you do not settle your bill directly at the hotel (online card payment / already paid to a travel agency), we are unable to issue a receipt at the hotel. If you require a receipt, please contact the booking source. If you settle any additional charges at the hotel, we can issue a receipt for that amount.
