Q: Do you have a pick-up service?

Cabs can be arranged at the following five locations only at a preferential rate. Matsuyama Airport 4,500 yen Matsuyama Kanko Port 4,500 yen JR Matsuyama station 3,500 yen Dogo Onsen Station 3,500 yen Matsuyama Castle Ropeway stop 3,500 yen

Q: Is there parking available?

Parking spaces are available in front of the hotel's main entrance. (Free of charge)

Q: Are large-screen TVs and DVD/Blu-ray players available for rent?

We have a limited number of these available free of charge. Please order in advance as there is a limited number available.

Q: Do you have a large bathroom?

Unfortunately, we do not have a large public bath. There are hot spring Jacuzzis and dry saunas in the private pool. Available for private use at 11,000 yen per hour.

Q: What are the meal times?

Guests may choose their meal time in advance or upon arrival. To reduce congestion, dinner will be served in two parts. Dinner start time 18:00 or 19:30 (2 parts) Breakfast start time 8:00 - last 9:30 (any time in 15-minute intervals) Please note that the schedule is subject to change in case of administrative requests for shorter hours. Please understand this in advance.

Q: Are there any a la carte (a la carte dishes) for meals?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a la carte. The meal is a Japanese course, and we ask that you make a reservation in advance.

Q: Can I bring my own alcohol to the restaurant?

You can bring your own. 3,300 yen (bottles of wine) / 6,600 yen (liqueurs) will be charged for the bottle of wine to be uncorked.
